Dabei entstehen Ihnen keine Kosten und Sie müssen auch nicht die Rate für das Dienstrad tragen. Als Störfall zählen:

We will take care of your incident and work with you to find the right solution for your company and your employees.
The leasing rate, insurance rate, and service rate are fixed for the entire term when the individual lease certificate is concluded.
Report your incident on the Deutsche Dienstrad platform or by email. Please provide all relevant information.
Our in-house insurance team will suggest possible options. You and your employee can then choose the option that suits you best.
