1. Low leasing rate instead of high purchase price

2. Salary sacrifice – what does that mean?

Company bike leasing for employees, which many companies offer in cooperation with Deutsche Dienstrad, has another advantage: salary sacrifice. This is a tax benefit whereby part of the gross salary is converted into a company bike. Employees forego part of their salary and in return receive the bike or e-bike for use for the contractually agreed term. The reduced gross salary means that employees save on taxes and social security contributions. This gives them a brand-new bike or e-bike with savings of up to 40% compared to buying a new one privately.

Schritt 1: Registrierung auf der Deutsche-Dienstrad-Plattform.

Jedes Unternehmen erhält einen individuellen Zugang zu unserer digitalen Deutsche-Dienstrad-Plattform. Über einen Registrierungslink können sich alle Mitarbeitenden kostenlos und unverbindlich auf der Plattform registrieren.

Ihr Unternehmen ist Kunde bei Deutsche Dienstrad, aber Sie haben keinen Registrierungslink erhalten? Fragen Sie beim Dienstrad-Ansprechpartner in Ihrem Unternehmen danach.

Schritt 2: Traumrad aussuchen.

Mitarbeitende können wählen, ob sie Ihr Traumrad beim Fachhändler vor Ort, online oder beim Direktanbieter aussuchen möchten. Der jeweilige Händler stellt das Angebot in unserer Plattform ein und dort wird es automatisiert im Mitarbeitenden-Profil hinterlegt. Wir haben bereits mehr als 8.000 Händler angebunden. Wenn Ihr Wunschhändler noch nicht mit Deutsche Dienstrad zusammenarbeitet, kann er sich mit wenigen Klicks kostenlos registrieren.

Schritt 3: Überlassungsvertrag unterschreiben

Mitarbeitende können dann das Angebot in der Plattform annehmen. Mit einem Klick wird automatisch der Überlassungsvertrag erstellt, der auch digital unterschrieben werden kann. Der Vertrag regelt die Nutzungsbedingungen für Mitarbeitende und darin ist auch die Leasingrate festgehalten. Sobald Mitarbeitende den Überlassungsvertrag unterschreiben, wird das Angebot zur Überprüfung in der Plattform an den Dienstrad-Ansprechpartner des Unternehmens weitergeleitet.

Schritt 4: Traumrad erhalten und losfahren! 🚲

Nach der Genehmigung durch das Unternehmen bereitet der Händler das Traumrad vor. Sobald das Fahrrad versandt wurde oder abholbereit ist, erhalten Mitarbeitende eine Benachrichtigung. Und schon kann es losgehen und sie können ihr Traumrad ausgiebig nutzen – beruflich und privat!
